Cancellation Policy: We get it that things come up and you may need to cancel. If you are unable to make the appointment please reschedule online through GlossGenius. Please give a courtesy of at least 48-72 hours notice if you’re not able to make it. This courtesy enables the availability to schedule another client in, and maintains a higher availability of services for you and others as well. -Cancelations within 24 hours will be charged half the amount of the service(s) price. -Failure To Show for scheduled appointment: The entire service(s) will be charged. Late Policy: Arrivals more than 6 minutes late will be refused in order to not compromise the quality of service and risk running over next client’s appointments resulting in them having to wait. Please allow extra time for traffic to get to your appointment. Please allow time before your appointment to use the bathroom or freshen up if need be. Touch Up Policy: Your happiness matters to me. If you are unhappy with your service. You have 5 days from the date of your service to get in contact with me and we will get it fixed. Anything after that will result in paying full price of service.
